However, a refund may be approved under the following conditions:

A duplicate or accidental payment was processed.

A service was canceled before any work began on your credit or business file.

The company failed to provide the promised service within the agreed-upon timeframe, without

prior communication.

To request a refund, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of

your transaction. Once reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
